Well, it’s official: Justin Bieber is now publicly off the market since his September 30th wedding to Hailey Baldwin in South Carolina. Although the two have been married in a legal union since their private ceremony last year, now they want the whole world to know. Were here to give you a look at how it went down in the South.
Hailey and Justin exchanged vows in front of 154 friends and family members. The Biebs was joined by some of his best friends including manager Scooter Braun and Jaden Smith. Hailey invited besties Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Joan Smalls, and Justine Skye. Her style team was also on the guestlist including celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin and stylist Karla Welch. Celebs Usher, Katy Perry, and Ed Sheeran were also in attendance, many of which were flown in on a private jet.
The Perfect Spot
The ceremony took place at the Somerset Chapel of Montage Palmetto Bluff hotel, which is a 20,000-acre luxury resort in Bluffton, South Carolina. The night before the ceremony, the rehearsal dinner included a traditional oyster roast. Hailey wore a custom Vivienne Westwood mini dress and guests were taken to the dinner by a local speedboat. These were the only pics the paparazzi were able to get of the two on their big day!
The guests enjoyed a post-ceremony cocktail hour in the lobby lounge of the inn before continuing to the formal reception in the hotel’s Wilson Ballroom where they were welcomed with more food and even more celebrations. The duo chose Canadian R&B singer-songwriter Daniel Ceaser as their wedding singer. He sang a compilation of his songs “Best Part” and “We Find Love/Blessed.”
The newlyweds made use of the entire property by hosting an on-site rehearsal dinner at the Moreland Landing venue, which was built in 2003. For the reception, Hailey changed into a gorgeous high-neck long white dress and took her veil off before heading into the ballroom. All of the décor featured a white with gold ascents theme. The plants, candles, couches, tables, and silver wear all followed this elegant aesthetic.
Every table had a bottle of Moët champagne encrusted with gold Swarovski crystals with the wedding date and ‘The Biebers” engraved on it. Each bottle, bedazzled with no less than 9,862 Swarovski crystals, took 16 hours to make. Guests were also gifted with customized t-shirts and sweatpants from Justin’s line clothing line, Drew House.
An Unforgettable Evening
A photo booth was set up for guests to capture the night’s memories. Some famous friends enjoyed the camera, causing the wedding photos to go viral. The guests partied the night away until about 1 a.m. some staying up until 5 in the morning partying in the suites. They definitely spared no expense, as E Online reports that the nuptials, organized by celeb wedding planner Mindy Weiss, cost around $500,000. It was truly a magical night and one that many will never forget. Congrats to the newlyweds!
