Unconventional Parenting: These Celebrities Have Been Called Out for Their Weird and Wacky Parenting Techniques
Fri Nov 18 2022
Let’s be honest; every parent is different. Some parents rely on the nanny, some parents get up at the crack of dawn to create the perfect TikTok-worthy lunchbox, and some parents just try to get through the day without crying. And while it’s easy to assume that celebrity parents have it easy, it seems as though they’re just like us. Albeit a little wackier…

With fame and fortune comes diva behavior, and it seems as though this behavior has spilled over into their parenting techniques. From “elimination communication” to $10,000-a-month holy water, these celebrity moms and dads have taken an unusual approach to parenting. Yep, these celebrity parents are not only raising their kids… they’re also raising eyebrows due to their strange and unorthodox parenting techniques.
Alyssa Milano Reportedly Breastfed Her Daughter Until She Was Six Years Old
Alyssa Milano believes herself to be a progressive mom. And while she believes her unique parenting rules work for her and her family, some of her decisions have raised eyebrows. After all, Alyssa refused to use a stroller when her kids were babies, she doesn’t believe in sleep training, she doesn’t give her kids candy or allow them to watch television, and she let her son use a pacifier until he was three years old.

Yes, Alyssa believes every child has their own timeline – which is why she reportedly decided to breastfeed her daughter until she was six years old. The actress was also a staunch advocate for posting photos of her breastfeeding journey on social media, something that left many of her followers divided.
Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard Lock Their Young Kids in Their Bedrooms at Night
Any parent will know that night can be a difficult time – especially if your kids don’t like going to sleep. Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard have confessed that one of their daughters really struggled to stay asleep when she was three years old, and would often walk out of her room and wander the house in the middle of the night. To stop this from happening, they decided to lock her in her room – something that hasn’t gone down well with critics.

The actress explained that “every night, when we put her to bed, she turns the lights on, which annoys the 4-year-old, and she will move furniture, and she bangs on the door with hard toys. We switched the door knob. We turned the lock on the outside… we lock it when she gets in there, and we stand outside and say, ‘We love you, we will talk to you in the morning, but now, it’s time for sleep.’ And after about 10 minutes, she’ll wind herself down. And then, before we go to bed, obviously, we unlock it.”
Lisa Whelchel Put Hot Sauce in Her Children’s Mouths When They Stepped Out of Line
Punishment is a serious bone of contention for parents around the world, and it’s fair to say that fans were outraged when they learned how The Facts of Life actress Lisa Whelchel disciplined her children when they were younger. She believes that “hot saucing” your kid’s mouths when they give you attitude is the best way to keep them in check.

Explaining her method, she stated that “It’s totally against popular opinion in culture these days… I prefer my child receive a small amount of pain from my hand of love than to encounter a lot more pain in life.” She also went on to say that “It does sting and the memory stays with them so that the next time they may actually have some self-control and stop before they lie or bite or something like that.”
Will and Jada Smith Let Their Kids Do Anything, and Don’t Believe in Punishment
Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith are known for having an unconventional marriage and family, and there’s no doubt about the fact that their kids have all forged their own unique careers. But some fans don’t understand the one rule that the Smiths had when their kids were younger, as that rule was that there were no rules at all… and certainly no punishment.

Will told Metro that “We don’t do punishment. The way that we deal with our kids is [that] they are responsible for their lives. You can do anything you want as long as you can explain to me why that was the right thing to do for your life.” Jada also told Health that ““I want to give [my kids] the opportunity to make mistakes and learn how to put boundaries on themselves, so by the time they’re out of the house, they fly.”
Farrah Abraham Lets Her “Best Friend” Teenage Daughter Rule the Roost
While parents love to have a close relationship with their children, critics of Teen Mom alum Farrah Abraham believe that the reality star is too close to her daughter. Farrah is mom to 13-year-old Sophia, and has raised eyebrows due to their close relationship over the years. Because Farrah sees Sophia as her best friend, she’s encouraged the teenager to pierce her nose, consider plastic surgery, and stay home alone while she heads off on vacation.

Sophia has also had free reign over her social media use since she was just six years old, so she has racked up a huge number of followers on Instagram and TikTok. This burgeoning fame caused Farrah to pull Sophia out of school so that she can free up time to attend events and personal appearances. As a result, critics suggest that Farrah is letting Sophia grow up too soon.
Candace Cameron Bure Believes That Corporal Punishment Is the Only Way To Discipline a Child
Known for her time on Full House, Candace Cameron Bure is used to being around children – and she even has three children of her own. However, she has been called out for her controversial beliefs surrounding politics, religion, and even what she calls “traditional marriage” over the years. But that’s not all. Candace also caused a stir when she started talking about corporal punishment.

Speaking about her own parenting journey, Candace stated that she had no problems spanking her children when they were younger. As a devout Christian, Candace reportedly used the Bible as their parenting guidebook. And according to their interpretation, spanking and other forms of corporal punishment are allowed.
Heidi Klum Let Her Daughters Wear High Heels When They Were As Young as Four Years Old
Heidi Klum is known for following the beat of her own drum, and it seems as though that’s the case when it comes to her parenting techniques, too. While most parents try to avoid their kids wearing heels or putting on makeup too early on, Heidi encouraged this from a young age. In fact, she caused outrage when her daughter Leni and Lou were spotted wearing heels in 2014. At the time, Leni was 10 years old, and Lou was four.

Although Heidi heard the backlash, she didn’t understand it. She commented on this incident in 2018, telling Elle that “People get upset, especially in Germany, if they see my daughters wearing high heels. Big deal! If we go to a restaurant, they like to get dressed up. It’s fun for them. So what if they hobble in their little heels for 20 steps from the car to the restaurant? As long as they’re good kids and they get good grades, they can wear what they want to wear.”
Gwyneth Paltrow Will Only Let Her Children Watch TV in French or Spanish
Gwyneth Paltrow’s career has taken a turn over the years. While she’s still regarded as a successful actress, she’s also known for promoting health and well-being – and in her eyes, that starts at home, when your children are young. Because of this, she makes her children follow a strict no-gluten and low-carb diet. But she also has controversial rules when it comes to their downtime.

Although many parents love the peace and quiet that comes with letting their children watch television, Gwyneth made sure that her kids were learning something when the TV was on. She noted that “Apple was cross as I only let them watch TV in French or Spanish. When I’m in France, I go to Boulevard Beaumarchais and buy all their cartoons.”
Julia Fox Doesn’t Believe in Toys, and Thinks Children Should Be Sent To Work Straight Away
Model and actress Julia Fox has come out of the woodwork over the past few years and broken barriers with her choice of fashion and her stance on life. But it’s her stance on children that’s really got people talking, as she doesn’t believe that we should treat children like children. Instead, we should prepare them for the real world and get them to work as soon as possible.

She stirred up controversy when she confessed that toys don’t really teach “your kid anything, you just end up raising a kid that’s like helpless and doesn’t know what to do. I suggest everyone buy their kid a little mini mop, a mini broom, and start teaching them those life skills really young, so that when they enter the real world, they don’t have to outsource for everything, and they know how to do things for themselves.”
Kristin Cavallari Doesn’t Believe in Formula, and Fed Her Kids Baby Goats Milk Instead
Breastfeeding always gets people talking, and so does feeding your baby formula. But what you might not have expected was that reality TV icon Kristin Cavallari was also wholeheartedly against using formula. While she breastfed all three of her children for around six months, she decided against formula when she came to a stop – as she deemed it to be full of chemicals.

Instead, Kristin confessed that she fed her children goats milk – and she has even shared her goat milk recipe with the world. This decision didn’t go down well with fellow parents around the world, though. And it certainly didn’t go down with health professionals, and the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) doesn’t recommend feeding children goats milk at all.
Kelly Clarkson Has Proudly Admitted That She Spanks Her Children
As the mother of two children and the host of her very own talk show, Kelly Clarkson definitely has her work cut out for her. But she caused a stir in 2018 when she admitted during a radio interview that she has a very specific – and controversial – way of keeping her children (who were three and one years old at the time) in line. Although many parents are against it, Kelly Clarkson has no problem spanking her kids.

In the interview, Kelly stated that “My parents spanked me, and I did fine in life, and I feel fine about it, and I do that as well.” However, she did state that warning her children about the spanking did also improve her kids’ behavior: “I’m like, ‘Hi, I’m going to spank you on your bottom if you don’t stop right now, this is ridiculous,’ and honestly it’s really helped. She doesn’t do that kind of stuff as often.”
Katie Holmes Bottle-Fed Her Daughter Way Over the Recommended Age
After being born into a marriage between two Scientologists, Suri Cruise’s early life was certainly unconventional. Not only did Katie Holmes reportedly have a controversial “silent birth,” but Suri then watched as her mother tried to escape her husband and the Church of Scientology. But once Katie divorced Tom Cruise, her controversial parenting techniques didn’t end.

When Suri was three years old, Katie continued to feed her with a bottle. And while every parent has their own timeline for when they do this, most experts suggest that babies should be weaned off the bottle at around 12 months old. Because of this, Katie raised eyebrows when she was photographed with a much older Suri and her bottle.
Gisele Bündchen Poured Breast Milk Into Her Children’s Eyes When They Were Younger
Gisele Bündchen has a strict routine when it comes to her son and daughter. They start their day by sun-gazing (a method of meditation that attempts to harness the sun’s healing power), followed by a yoga session, before having a healthy smoothie for breakfast. And while her kids are used to this life now, things were even stranger when they were younger.

In an effort to potty train her kids by the time they were 6 months old, Gisele used elimination communication – a technique that sees parents pick up on their kids’ cues and hold them over the toilet until they need to go. She also used to use her breast milk as a medicine, stating that “Before [a] flight, I would get a dropper and put milk up their nose… to [ward off] the bacteria on the plane.”
Pink Takes Her Kids on Family Trips to the Graveyard and Lets Them Ride Motorcycles
With decades of experience in the business, Pink knows not to listen to comments about her appearance, her personal life, and her parenting. But that doesn’t mean that there aren’t any. As a free spirit and someone who lives by their own rules, Pink is inspiring her children to follow in her progressive footsteps. That’s why you won’t hear the words “he” or “she” spoken in her house.

During their downtime, Pink and her husband also take their kids to graveyards and historical monuments to teach them about difficult subjects. To add a bit of fun into the mix, she’s also been known to take her kids on her husband’s motorcycles. When Pink posted a photo of herself riding a motorcycle with her then-four-year-old child, the internet had a field day.
Kourtney Kardashian Refuses To Use a Microwave and Makes Her Kids Follow a Strict Diet
Although Kourtney Kardashian has found a new zest and appreciation for life since marrying Travis Barker, it seems as though she still has some unusual rules for her children. Not only does she make them all sleep in the same bed – despite the fact that her children are getting much older – but she also gets her kids to take her bikini pictures for the ‘Gram.

It seems as though the reality star also pushes her health-conscious initiatives onto her kids, too. Kourtney doesn’t allow her children to eat fast food, she makes them follow a gluten-free diet, and she won’t allow anything with food dye into the house. As if that wasn’t enough, Kourtney also refuses to use a microwave – and it’s thought that she doesn’t even have one in her house.
Mayim Bialik Doesn’t Believe in Nappies or Giving Her Sons Medication
When you look up the definition of “attachment parenting” in the dictionary, there’s a high chance that you will come across Mayim Bialik’s picture. This actress spent the early years of her children’s lives following guidelines around baby-wearing, elimination communication, long-term breastfeeding, and co-sleeping. In fact, she outright refused to buy any nappies for her sons when they were babies. Instead, she picked up on their natural cues and potty trained them early.

But the biggest gripe that some fans have with Mayim is her dislike and distrust of modern medicine. While she has confirmed that she and her sons have been vaccinated against COVID-19, she also refuses to give her kids medication when they’re sick. She stated in 2014 that “We have dealt with just about every ailment, sickness, and flu out there. However, neither of our sons has ever been on antibiotics, nor do we give them Tylenol, Motrin, antihistamines, or cough syrup.”
Pamela Anderson Encouraged Her Sons To Take Drugs and Drink Alcohol
Pamela Anderson is no stranger to the world of sex, drugs, and rock and roll – but many fans hoped that the Baywatch actress wouldn’t encourage her kids in that same direction. However, she has confessed that she practices “intuitive parenting” which allows her children to make their own decisions and deal with their own mistakes. That’s why she encouraged them to take drugs and alcohol.

She’s confessed that “We want them to practice safe sex, drink and experiment with drugs in moderation” if that is something they want to do to “honor their instincts.” When he was 23 years old, Pamela’s son Brandon Thomas Lee announced that he was sober, after struggling with addiction during his teenage years.
Madonna Doesn’t Allow Un-Blessed Bottles of Water or “Spiritually Unsound” Toys in Her House
As the Queen of Pop, fans expect Madonna to be a diva. And as a keen follower of the mystical Kabbalah religion, Madonna’s faith has inspired many of her rules. In fact, her children are only allowed to drink Kabbalah water; blessed water that has supposedly been infused with healing magical powers. She spends a whopping $10,000 a month on this water to ensure that neither she nor her kids run out. But that’s not all.

Although Madonna’s kids are now much older, they weren’t allowed to bring any “spiritually unsound” toys into her house when they were younger. If any toys were rejected, though, the kids couldn’t just pick up a book, or a newspaper, or a magazine. That’s because Madonna only allowed her children to read books that were written by her… and nothing else.
Christina Aguilera Surrounds Her Son With Nude and Highly Sexualized Pictures
Every parent has their own way of raising their children and teaching them about the world, and Christina Aguilera has a very specific way she’s teaching her son about her own life, as well as the independence and strength of women. After all, she’s someone who is not ashamed to show off her body – and she wants her son to know that that’s her prerogative.

To do this, Christina surrounds her son with images of female nudes and sexualized pictures. She stated that “I think it’s important that he sees mommy not be ashamed of her sexuality. I mean, he’s two. We’re art collectors, there are a lot of female nudes around the house. Max will be growing up in a house where it’s just the norm… it’s only weird when you shame it.”
Alanis Morrisette Is Willing To Breastfeed Her Children Until They Are Least Six Years Old
While parents could debate for hours about the pros and cons of breastfeeding, science has ultimately come to the conclusion that fed is best. But Alanis Morrisette has confused fans with her breastfeeding stance over the years, as she wholeheartedly believes in breastfeeding for as long as possible. Even until her kids are six years old.

The “Ironic” singer has confessed that “Some kids naturally stop at two, some stop at a couple of years later, it’s up to the child. I will stop when he says it’s time to stop.” But that’s not all. Alanis has also angered fans when it comes to her children’s education, as she’s focused on “unschooling” rather than sending her kids to a school. This means that her kids don’t have an assigned curriculum, don’t get any grades, and undertake a child-led approach to learning.
Alicia Silverstone Regurgitated Her Food and Fed Her Son Like a Baby Bird
Vegan actress Alicia Silverstone is so committed to her parenting techniques that she’s written her own book, The Kind Mama. And while many fans can get over the fact that she’s raising her son to be plant-based, her strict “attachment parenting” has raised eyebrows. Not only did she practice elimination communication with her son Bear, but she also still sleeps in the same bed as him – despite the fact that he’s now 11 years old.

In 2012, Alicia caused even more controversy when she posted a video of herself pre-chewing her son’s food before feeding it back to him mouth-to-mouth. The actress defended her actions shortly after, stating that her son “literally crawls across the room to attack my mouth if I’m eating. This video was taken about a month or two ago when he was a bit wobbly. Now he is grabbing my mouth to get food!”
Kim Kardashian Has Strict Rules About What Her Kids Can and Can’t Wear
Although they’re no longer together, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s turbulent marriage had an effect on their children whether they liked it or not. That’s because both Kim and Kanye have strict rules when it comes to their kids’ everyday lives. And, coincidentally, both of them had guidelines when it came to what they wore. In Kanye’s rulebook, his kids were only allowed to wear clothing that was neutral in color.

Kanye even reportedly banned North West from wearing the color pink when she was a baby because he doesn’t like it – but Kim seems to be a little more lenient. In fact, the reality star has been called out in the past due to her eldest daughter’s outfits. Many have suggested that North West is dressed too “adult,” and fans were especially riled up when she and her mom were spotted wearing matching nose rings and chains.
Megan Fox Has No Clothing Rules, So Her Sons Often Wear Princess Dresses
Megan Fox shares three sons with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green. And while they’re no longer together, it seems as though Brian lets Megan maintain her controversial parenting rules when he’s not around. One particular rule has raised eyebrows over the years – as Megan’s sons have been spotted by the paparazzi wearing dresses on multiple occasions. But apparently, the actress has an important reason for that.

Megan grew up in a strict Pentecostal church which influenced everything about her life; including her clothing choices. She confessed that it was an “oppressive environment to grow up in. But I sort of lean left of that now. Noah wears dresses, so there are no rules — you can be whatever you want to be in my house. I feel like at 4, at 5, that’s a time when he should be having fun. He’s not harming anyone wearing a dress. So if he wants to wear a dress, good on him.”
Christina Applegate Used to Suck the Mucus From Her Daughter’s Nose
Christina Applegate has hit the headlines recently due to her health concerns. In 2021, she announced that she had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis – something that has heavily impacted her life. And while she’s even more protective over her daughter’s health now, she’s always been on it when it comes to health and wellbeing. Even if her methods have left many fans confused.

When her daughter was younger, the actress didn’t have time for any mucus in her daughter’s nose. So, she bought a device specifically designed to remove it without any fuss, and she couldn’t help but rave about it during interviews. She stated that the device had a tube that you put to your mouth before you “suck the stuff” out of your child’s nose.
Bethenny Frankel Is All for Drinking Alcohol While Breastfeeding
Bethenny Frankel is no stranger to speaking her mind – whether it’s controversial or not. The Real Housewife of New York alum lives her life in a brutally honest way, and while she has no qualms about the way she’s raised her daughter, some of her past decisions have had fans up in arms. Especially because she admitted to drinking beer while she was breastfeeding.

While doctors don’t recommend nursing mothers drink any alcohol while they’re breastfeeding, Bethenny was all for having a beer during those first few months. She confessed that “I was excited that I was allowed to have a beer. [But] I don’t think that it produced more milk. I don’t believe in any of the gimmicks!”
Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis Refuse To Give Their Kids Gifts on Christmas
Since making their way back together during their adult years, former childhood sweethearts Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have welcomed two kids together. But they are notoriously private about their children, largely keeping them away from the public eye. However, they have spoken up about their controversial parenting techniques, and the fact that they refuse to buy their kids gifts on Christmas.

The celebrity parents have stated their “new tradition” is letting their children make a charitable donation during the holiday period instead of getting gifts. In their eyes, they don’t want to raise spoiled children who believe that gifts should be given to them willy-nilly. That’s also why they are choosing not to put money away for their children to have a trust fund.
Angelina Jolie Thinks Children Should Skip School and Travel the World Instead
For many parents, education is one of the most important things the world can offer their children. But not Angelina Jolie. As a single mother of six children, Angelina certainly has her hands full, so you’d think that she’d love sending her kids to school every day. But apparently, she wants her kids to be street smart instead of school smart… so she doesn’t care about her kids attending traditional education.

The actress has noted that “Instead of tomfoolery in the classroom, I’d rather them go to a museum and learn to play guitar and read and pick a book they love… We travel, and I’m the first person to say, ‘Get the school work done as quickly as possible because let’s go out and explore.” As you can imagine, this hasn’t gone down well with critics, who believe this notion to be incredibly entitled.
Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder Believe New Parents Should Undergo a “Month of Silence”
Not much is known about Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder’s personal lives. They keep their relationship on the down low, and they rarely post any pictures of their family on social media. Because of this, their parenting style is still under wraps – but we do know that they believe new parents should undergo a “month of silence” when a baby is born.

In their eyes, new parents should only exist in their tiny little bubble when their new bundle of joy arrives. They did it themselves when their daughter was born in 2017, and they stated that their experience was “just the three of us, no visitors, and we’re turning off our phones too, so there’s no expectation for us to communicate.”
Jennifer Lopez Only Lets Her Kids Use Technology One Day a Week
Many parents spend fun-filled weekends with their children, but Jennifer Lopez’s kids look forward to Sunday specifically. That’s because the singer only allows her children to use screens and technology on Sundays… something she calls “Sunday Funday.” In fact, she has a whole plan for that day.

She told E! News that their Sunday “starts with a late breakfast. We sleep in, even the kids sleep in. And Sunday Funday, they work towards that because they don’t get to use their iPads during the week. Or play video games or anything because it’s school time. And they have to be good in school and then they get Sunday Funday. It’s something I made up so they could work towards it and behave!”
Keira Knightley Doesn’t Think It’s Healthy for Kids To Watch Fairytale Movies
Keira Knightley landed her first professional acting role when she was just a kid herself, so there’s no doubt about the fact that she’s familiar with an unconventional upbringing. And it seems as though she’s moving with the times as a mom, which is why she didn’t let her children watch fairytale movies for a very long time. As a proud feminist, Keira doesn’t believe it’s healthy for girls to grow up waiting for a prince to save them.

However, Keira couldn’t seem to stick to her own rules, and her daughters eventually watched the fairytales they weren’t allowed to watch. The upside to this was that her progressive kids already knew that they weren’t perfect stories: “When we watched Sleeping Beauty, she said, ‘It’s not okay that man kissed her without her permission!”
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds Think Parents Should Be Careful About Using Gender Pronouns
Hollywood power couple Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are very protective about their ever-expanding family, and Blake has recently hit headlines by calling out paparazzi for taking unwanted photos of her children. But that’s not the only thing that she has strong opinions on as a parent. Blake and her husband Ryan also believe that parents should be careful when using gender pronouns around kids.

Blake told Glamour that “We’ve joked that my daughter is bossy. But my husband said, ‘I don’t ever want to use that word again’. You’ve never heard a man called bossy… There would never be any negative connotation for a man being a boss, so to add a negative connotation on a woman being bossy? It’s belittling. And it doesn’t encourage them to be a boss.”
Leah Remini Continued To Bottle Feed Her Daughter Every Night Until She Was Three Years Old
Former Scientologist Leah Remini has spent the latter part of her life revealing the secrets of her past and her previous experiences within the controversial Church of Scientology. In fact, her daughter was born while she was still a member. She confessed that she left when her daughter Sofia was 9 years old; almost the age when a Scientologist must be audited for the first time.

And while Leah’s decision to pull her daughter away from such a world has been congratulated, her decision to bottle feed her daughter every day until she was three years old didn’t go down well. It seems as though Leah also knew it was an issue, stating that “My daughter runs the house. The problem I’m having with bottle feeding is basically that Sofia drinks six or more bottles a night.” Eventually, she weaned Sofia off the bottle.
Sarah Jessica Parker Wants Her Kids to Pine and Whine for the Things That They Want
When it comes to parenting, every parent has their own techniques. Sarah Jessica Parker, who has a net worth of $200 million and could buy anything for her children, prefers to be a strong and stubborn mom. While she understands that her kids will want toys, clothes, cell phones, and more as they grow up, she refuses to give them what they want.

In fact, the Sex and the City legend is very adamant in the fact that her children have to pine, whine, and really yearn for the things that they want. Sometimes, she’ll wait years before she gives them what they want, in an effort to teach them that they need to earn the things they desire. She doesn’t want them to grow up spoiled or expectant.
Sarah Michelle Gellar Believes That Parents Should Make Their Kids Pay for Their Food
Since her Buffy the Vampire Slayer days, Sarah Michelle Gellar has continued to act, but she’s also become a businesswoman and celebrity cook. Not only does she have her own food e-commerce company, but she’s also released her own cookbook. Alongside this, she also has pretty strong rules when it comes to her kids and the food they eat.

In an effort to teach her children about food waste, Sarah makes her children pay for the food they don’t eat in her house. She’s confessed that “My daughter was doing this thing lately where she was asking me for a cup of milk and not drinking it. So I told her that every time she’d ask me for a cup of milk and not drink it, I would take a quarter out of her piggy bank. Someone has to pay for that milk.”
Penelope Cruz Won’t Let Her Kids Use Social Media Until They Are at Least 16 Years Old
Since 2010, Penelope Cruz has been married to fellow actor Javier Bardem, and together they have two children together – an 11-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter. And while fans might be hoping to see these two celebrity kids on social media soon, it seems as though they’ll be waiting a while. Penelope’s strictest parenting rule is all about social media.

In Penelope’s eyes, social media is constantly “affecting younger generations” and she’s stated that “I feel really bad for the ones that are teenagers now.” She’s even stated that she has a “strange relationship” with social media, which is why she won’t allow either of her kids to have social media until they are “at least 16.”
